Gifu Prefecture is located in the centre of Japan and easily reached from international airports at Nagoya and Kansai (Osaka). Travel to Nagoya by train in 20 minutes, Tokyo two hours by bullet train, Kyoto 45 minutes by bullet train, and Osaka one hour by bullet train.

Here you can enjoy beautiful nature of high mountains, hot springs and spas and world heritage sites (Shirakawagou )

We have many local tourist events, cultural institutions, convenient facilities and sporting competitions

Admission Requirement 

① You must be at least 18 years old, also have finished education no less than 12 years in your own country or have related equivalent level.

② You must be honest, studious, and enthusiastic to study.

③  Your assuror must be rich enough to pay for tuition and living expenses.

 

★Documents of the applicant

  1. Applications for Admission (original and its translation into Japanese)
  2.  The original diplomats(graduation certificates) and their translations into Japanese of all the schools that the applicant graduated from (including high school, vocational college, junior college, university, graduate school, etc.).
  3. The original academic transcripts and their translations into Japanese of all the schools that the applicant graduated from (including high school, vocational college, junior college, university, graduate shcool,etc.). ※Regarding the last academic transcript of Nepal, If there is a “*” mark can not be filed.
  4. The original school certificate, the original academic transcript of the current school and their  translations into Japanese of both certificates if the applicant is currently a student.
  5. The original certificate of studying Japanese more than 200 hours and its translation into Japanese
  6. The original certificate of Japanese Examination and its original academic transcript .(We’ll give priority to the appicants who have already had the certificate of the Japanese Examination. Please submit the examination admission ticket instead if the applicant don’t receive this certificate yet. But if he/she doesn’t pass the examination, we’ll withdraw the documents that we apply to the Nagoya Immigration Bureau. In that case, they don’t return the documents.)
  7. The original certificate of Occupation and its translation into Japanese if the applicant has any work experience.
  8. Copies of all the pages of the passport(printing with A4 size) if the applicant holds.
  9.  Copies of the both side of the ID card and its translation into Japanese
  10.  Copies of the both side of the Birth Certificate and its translation into Japanese
  11.  The original certificate of the temporary address and its translation into Japanese if the applicant live in the diffrent place from the permanent address apart from the parents.
  12.  The original health cettificate and its translation into Japanese
  13.  If the applicant has any blank period in the personal records (resume), submit the original explanation for that blanc period and its translation into Japanese. (Use the A4 paper, free-style)
  14. 10 photographs of 3x4cm  ※See the note 10
  15. The others if any requirement occur

 ★The documents of the sponsor

  1.  Document of financial sponsorship
  2.  Official document showing the relationship between the appicant
  3.  Copies of the family register of all the family members and their translations into Japanese
  4.  The original bank balance certificate of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  5. Copies of the bank passbook or the original deposit/withdrawal details, and its translation into Japanese(i.e. the document that shows the details of the asset formation)
  6.  Copy of the original business licence and its translation into Japanese if the sponsor is a business owner
  7.  Copy of the both side of the ID card of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  8.  The original Birth Certificate of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  9.  The original Income Certificate for the past 3 years of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  10.  The original Tax Certificate for past 3 years of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  11.  The original certticate of employment of the sponsor and its translation into Japanese
  12.  Copies of the Land certificate and its translation into Japanese if the sponsor is a farmer.
  13.  The original certificate of the temporary address and its translation into Japanese if the sponsor lives in the different address from his/her permanent address.
  14.  The other document if any requirement occur.

Notes 

①If you use any other language please translate them into Japanese.

All certificates and materials should be issued in 3 month and should be used A4 size.

③Person who passed 5 years after graduating from their school, s/he need to write purpose of your studying Japanese and  plans after graduation.

④When filling out documents, please fill in the official name without omitting the name, address, etc…

⑤ The margin of various documents copy, please describe the relationship between the name and the applicant of the date and author who created the copy.

Ex: 2014/03/10 Nguyen   Ba Lam (father of the applicant)

⑥According to personal situation, sometimes you should hand in some other documents.

⑦In all copies need to write the name of person who copied it, and relation to applicant and copied date in the lower right of the copied form.

⑧Extra cost will be need for additional translation.

Notes

You must enter a dormitory by all means first.

A mediater supplies both a dormitory and a part-time job for students.

You must stay in your apartment house at least for six months.

It may possibly occur any changes about the contents of the dormitory.

The futon fee and Pick-up fee are only for those who applicants.

Before you come to Japan you have to pay both Dormitory fees and equipping fee for first 6 months and from7 month you have to pay previous month on 25th.

Gas charge and electricity charge should be paid according on how much you can use.

Repair and cleaning fee should be used as the charge of cleaning and repairing room and equipments when checking out.

Notes

In the case of remittances from abroad, commission occurs in the Bank of Japan and Bank of the home country. Please pay the fee of bank of both. If it is remittance charge is pulled, after arriving in Japan, you will be imposed by the student himself.

In the case of the remittance, please fill out clearly name of student in alphabets.
