Procedure for Application and Admission

STEP① Request for brochure

Please prepare the necessary documents for application.

STEP② Submit documents for application

Mail or bring directly to school

STEP③ Send examination voucher

【Mail】After confirming the documents, an examination voucher will be mailed to you.
【Bringing】We will hand an examination voucher when you submit your application form.

STEP④ Entrance examination

・Document Screening
・Written test in Japanese
・Essay (Only for scholarship students)
・Interview
*Examination dates vary depending on the application period.

STEP⑤ Result

Within 10 days from the examination date, a notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to students' school or home.

STEP⑥ Enrollment procedures

Successful applicants must pay the admission fee and tuition by the due date.

STEP⑦ Send letter of acceptance

After confirming payment, a letter of acceptance will be sent to students' school or home.
